We may have some mixed rain and snow flakes this weekend, but the regular schedule of Masses will be held as well as the Synod Listening Session at St. Edward on Saturday at 10am.  There is not supposed to be any accumulation on the ground.  Please use your best judgement as to whether it is safe for you to travel.

  • Rosary for Fr. Scott September 30 8:15 am

    Fr. Scott’s stem cell transplant is scheduled for Monday, Sept. 30th

     

    St. George school will be hosting a rosary at 8:15 AM Monday.  We will gather in the school hall as community and pray together for Fr. Scott’s healing, as well as for wisdom and skill for his medical team.

  • Sacramental Preparation Registration Now!

    Registration for the 2024-25 year of sacramental praparation- First Reconciliation & First Communion, Confirmation and Baptism for older children (OCIA) began August 10th. Volunteers will be in the churches after Masses to assist you.  There will be online registration this year as well -click on the link.

    Chidren must be in 2nd grade or older to prepare for First Reconciliation & First Communion.

    Students must be in 7th grade or older to prepare for Confirmation- includes adults.

    If a child is 7 or older and needs Baptism they need to register for OCIA for children.

    Jodee has brought her in-school anti-bullying program, INJJA™ (“It’s NOT Just Joking Around!”™), which includes live presentations, a communications focused follow-up curriculum, and professional development, to hundreds of Catholic schools at the behest of diocesan leadership as well as individual administrators and teachers. All of her methodologies, the crux of everything she does in the anti-bullying space, are based on core Catholic values of tolerance, compassion, and forgiveness.

  • Youth Group Kick-off October 4

    All 6th-9th graders are invited to join us for our first Youth Group event of the year on Friday, October 4 at 6:30pm in the St. George School gym (5117 13th Ave S, Seattle 98108).  We will play some fun games in the gym and share snacks, community, and faith.  Registration forms will be available for all who still need them.  All are welcome!
